Where we deliver
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Orders inside Dhaka city are handled by our fastest delivery route; orders outside Dhaka are shipped via nationwide courier.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳150

Delivery timelines
Most orders are dispatched within one business day. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Bulk or corporate orders, public holidays and severe weather can add extra time — we'll keep you updated if there's a delay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready and check your parcel in front of the delivery person before paying.
Tracking your order
After placing an order you'll receive a tracking number by SMS. You can follow your parcel any time on our order tracking page or from My orders.
Failed or refused deliveries
If we can't reach you after several attempts, or a parcel is refused without a valid reason, the order may be cancelled. Repeated refused COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number.
